日前，备受全球地产界关注的美国TITAN地产大奖（TITAN Property Awards）公布评委名单。大奖评审团队由全球房地产行业链条的领先专家人士组成，包括高端房地产开发商PRIME LANDS GROUP首席执行官Fadi Kreiker，国际化建筑事务所LWK + PARTNERS设计总监Kourosh Salehi等，足以保证奖项遴选的高标准及含金量与权威度。AKASA万界设计事务所创始人/设计主理严宏飞(Yan Hongfei)先生，凭借其专业实践成就与学术影响力，受邀担任2022TITAN地产大奖评审一职。

A few days ago, the TITAN Property Awards in the United States, focus of the global real estate industry, announced the grand jury pannel. The jury is made up of leading experts in the global real estate industry, including the high-end real estate developer, Fadi Kreiker (CEO of PRIME LANDS GROUP), and Kourosh Salehi (Design Director of LWK + PARTNERS), etc. These all enough to ensure the high standard of selection and the value and authority of the award. Yan Hongfei, the founder & design director of AKASA Design，has been invited to judge the 2022 TITAN Property Awards with professional practice achievements and academic influence.

接受媒体采访时，评委严宏飞先生表示：过去很长一段时间里，登上国际舞台的中国设计师凤毛麟角，但随着中国设计水平的进步与地产市场的开放，越来越多好项目涌现，我们能看到在这些优秀的实践当中，有着对材料创新的探索，对功能和形体的突破，甚至是独特的设计语言的构建。庆幸当下在中国能涌现出这么多富有创造力和影响力的设计，期待TITAN这一赛事能吸引更多优秀的中国设计师参与，展现出中国设计行业更多元的面貌。

When interviewed by the media, Yan Hongfei, one of the judges, said: In the past for a long time, Chinese designers are rare on the international stage, but with the progress of Chinese design level and the real estate market and opening up, more and more good projects, we can see in these best practice, exploration of material innovation, breakthrough of function and form, and even unique design language to build. We are glad that so many creative and influential design works can emerge in China. We hope that TITAN Property Awards can attract more outstanding Chinese designers to participate in and show a more diversified face of Chinese design industry.

美国TITAN地产大奖（TITANProperty Awards）由国际奖项协会International Awards Associate（简称“IAA”）主办，旨在表扬不动产产业内最高成就，即那些为全球建设及地产产业内不断提升标准的设计师及从业人员，其努力不仅成就了业界的创新与标竿，更是为客户提供了优质、舒适的生活环境。TITAN房地产大奖每年举办两季度赛事以征集世界范围内的优秀地产作品，将荣耀归于共创出属于都市的全新生态系统所有从业者，包括开发商、设计师等。透过该奖项，TITAN期待透过认可优秀作品，持续地促进全球不动产行业乃至经济的发展。

The TITAN Property Awards, organised by the International Awards Associate (IAA), celebrate the highest achievement in the real estate industry，namely designers and practitioners who constantly raise the standards of the global construction and real estate industry not only achieve innovation and standards in the industry, but also provide customers with quality and comfortable living environment. TITAN Property Awards are held twice a year to collect outstanding real estate works from all over the world and honor all those who create a new urban ecosystem, including developers and designers.

据官网数据统计，上一届TITAN 房地产大奖吸引了全世界100多个国家和地区的参赛者。获奖榜单中，丹麦建筑公司Lars Gitz Architects、英国杰典国际建筑、美国建筑公司Archillusion Design、矩阵纵横（Matrix Design）、马瑞聪建筑师事务所、LSD Interior Design等多家知名设计服务机构的项目斩获多项大奖。

According to the official website, the last TITAN Property Awards attracted participants from more than 100 countries and regions around the world. Among the winners, Lars Gitz Architects , BAI Design International, Archillusion Design, Matrix Design, J.T.MA Associates, LSD Interior Design and other Design services have also won many awards.

创始人严宏飞先生擅于精研空间设计的创新与应用。以“无界·东方”为设计主张，坚持认为，空间设计是社会价值观的折射，更是感性与理性的结合。在作品中，试图建设一种“言有尽而意无穷”的空间文化体验，赋予当代生活无限美好可能。

怀揣着以人为本的初心，万界设计通过文化融合、项目定位、业主需求等多维度考量，为客户提供创新及量身定制的方案，致力于成为属于中国当代设计的新锐力量。近年来所获奖项包括美国IDA国际设计大赛金奖、意大利A’DESIGN AWARD 银奖、美国MUSE DESIGN AWARD 铂金奖、法国NDA设计奖金奖、伦敦设计大奖银奖、美国TITAN地产大奖金奖等。

Yan Hongfei, the famous Chinese interior designer, is the founder& design director of AKASA DESIGN. Being good at the innovation and application of space design.
